Yin, Restorative & Sound Healing
About This Retreat
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on holding postures for extended periods, allowing the body to gently stretch the deeper connective tissues, fascia, joints, and ligaments. Unlike dynamic yoga styles that primarily strengthen muscles, Yin Yoga improves mobility, flexibility, circulation, and energetic balance while cultivating patience and mindfulness.
The practice invites stillness, encouraging both physical release and mental clarity.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses bolsters, blankets, cushions, straps, and blocks to fully support the body in comfortable postures. With minimal physical effort, the nervous system naturally shifts into a state of healing and recovery.
This gentle practice is ideal for reducing fatigue, improving sleep quality, calming anxiety, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Healing Through Sound
Sound Healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses the healing vibrations of traditional instruments to promote physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
During the retreat, you will experience soothing sound journeys using:
• Tibetan Singing Bowls
• Gong
• Tingsha Bells
• Hand Cymbals
• Harmonium
• Sacred Mantras and Chanting
The harmonious frequencies help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, encourage emotional release, deepen meditation, and awaken the body’s natural healing abilities.
