1. Accommodation:


We have private cottage, private rooms and twin sharing room hot/cold shower. We are located in peace and quiet place where you feel like a real yogic place. Our backdrop is mountain and front is Fewa lake and landmark farm. We have a 95% of room from where you can enjoy the different types of views like mountains, landmarks, lake and village. 

 

2. Food:


During your stay, you will be provided with three daily vegetarian or vegan meals in plenty, as well as herbal tea & safe drinking water. Atmashree Yoga School strives to provide organic and vegetarian/vegan meals, but if you have special dietary needs please notify us in advance. We will try to accommodate your needs as best we can.

This retreat takes place in Pokhara, Nepal. Pokhara is well known for the Greenery, Himalayas and Nature. Located in the geographical western central part of Nepal, Pokhara is the first famous Nepalese city of the beauty of nature.


Lakeside is the most popular place in Pokhara, a Mecca for travellers, aircraft pilots, paragliders, and trekkers from all corners of the world. The Environment in Pokhara is so suitable for peace and calmness. It is located in the Himalayan foothills beside lakes and hills.

Many people from different parts of the world come to Nepal for a Yoga retreat course.


Enjoy the scenic nature and peaceful ambience at one of the best yoga schools in Nepal. The stress management and meditation practices at Atmashree Yoga School, is famous across the world. This retreat centre is nestled in a beautiful valley of Pokhara in the foothills of mountains 15 min away from the noisy crowd and on the banks of Fewa Lake. The scenery here is a god gifted view of Phewa Lake, forest, and birds with heart touching sounds.

 

8. Arrival Instructions:


Arrival by aeroplane: Please book your flight to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Upon landing, you can either fly to Pokhara domestic airport or a bus or cab can be availed to our venue in Pokhara. We arrange complimentary pick up from Pokhara Lakeside

14. Money in Pokhara

2. Where to get the money?
- Automated Teller Machines are available throughout Nepal.


3. ATM:
- The best places to try ATMs is around Thamel in Kathmandu and Lakeside in Pokhara where there is β€œATM Lounges”


- The limits range from 10,000 rupees to 30,000 rupees depending on the bank. Most ATMs charge a fee for their usage per transaction so do keep that in mind.


4. Credit Cards:
- All major Credit cards are accepted in Nepal. These include VISA, MasterCard, Cirrus and American Express.

 

15. Payment Policy


- Non-refundable advance deposi of USD 250 of the total price is required to pay at the time of registration via a payment mode of Bank Transfer or Wise or Remitly or Revolut

 

- The remaining payment must be deposited 7 days before the arrival date as accepted in USD

 

16. Cancellation and Transfer Policy


- The booking amount of USD 250 paid is non-refundable.


- Transfer of course to another month: The deposit is fully Non-refundable in any case. If requested, A four weeks advance notice is accepted to transfer to another month course.


- Depending on availability.

Transfer the course to friends and family accepted.


- If the booking is cancelled for 4 weeks, the request will not be accepted and your Non-Refundable advance deposit will be forfeited.

 

17. Yoga Course Principles and Guideline:


- Teaching starts early in the morning.


- Respectful behaviour is always mandatory.


- Respect the rules and regulations of Atmashree Yoga School.


- Course fees are non-refundable.


- Before departure from Atmashree Yoga School, students must return all books from the library.


- Non-veg food, smoking, and drinking alcohol are not allowed on the School premises.

 

18. General Rules


- 100% attendance in classes is mandatory unless you are ill.


- There will be an assessment practice test for certification.


- Atmashree Yoga School reserves the right to disqualify any students at any time during the course for misconduct.


- Eating and drinking (except water) are not allowed in the yoga hall.


- The use of electronic gadgets (i.e., mobile phones, laptops, tablets) during lectures is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.


- During asana practise leaving all jewellery, extra clothing, book bags and purses in your room. Only yoga mats and water bottles are permitted in the yoga hall.


- The School expects all students to clear their practice space immediately following their practices. 


NOTE::

Please come with your personal medication, sunscreen, insect repellent spray or cream, hair dryer, water bottle, thermos, ear plugs, eye band, yoga wears (t-shirts & yoga pant), personal toiletries(toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), head torch, alarm clock, rain poncho/umbrella, slippers to walk within Atmashree, walking shoes(snickers) for morning silent walks, any specialty dietary foods or snacks (kitchen can cater to vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free & gluten-free diet) and warm comfortable clothes from October to April and summer clothes from May to September.

1. BOOKING POLICY :: Our course payments are pre-contracted. 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure the space. And rest of the amount should be paid 7 days before the arrival date.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY :: The deposit paid is Non-refundable. If cancelled, the amount paid will be kept as credit store for future booking with Atmashree Yoga.


3. If you choose to leave the retreat or course in between, the paid amount is Non-refundable. Our payments are pre-contracted. In any circumstances, the deposited fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by the yoga retreat center. The fees are also non-negotiable. 


4. Atmashree Yoga and its counterpart shall not be responsible for any change and alteration in the program due to change of mind,unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.


5. If you wish to pay full amount to save the tranfer fees, you can do so. In that case if cancellation happens 7 days before arrival date, we will refund 70% of the total amount.


6. You are earnestly requested to kindly respect your fellow students, teachers, people and nepali culture.


7. The management reserves the right to terminate/ expel any participants who do not abide by the above rules, are disruptive or abusive to the place, teachers or other participants. (which may include, by way of example, violence, excessive use of bad language, threatening behavior or inappropriate sexual activities). In the event of a participants being expelled due to a breach of the rules, no refund of fees shall be given.
